He didn't expanded his company, no branches .... This company does not give any solutions and does not complete the projects in time, no standards nothing. Ask any defence company's, vendor's , customers about apollo microsystems QUALITY and PUNCTUALITY they are always unsatisfactory.
He always gets waste projects and eats our brains.

The first thing is you have give the bond for 3 years with submitting originals of all your academic career. The boss will sip your blood in the 3 years and at last taking certificates from them is difficult. Taking certificates from boss is not an easy things it hardly depends on your intelligence.

In this company salary for a B.Tech., person is X,XXXrs. It will never increase as if you work hard like a donkey. As per my knowledge this company is unfit for B.tech and M.tech graduates.
If you come to prodution, For freshers its X,XXXrs it will increase as your experience. But what the package you get while joining the company it may remain until last you leave the company.
I hope no one would like join this company. As last i would like to say "JOINING THIS COMPANY = WILLINGLY GOING INTO QUICKSAND".
In this company many projects are there but i specially like to say about one project where i have seen 3 generations of employees suffered like prisoners in Andaman jail . It's embedded systems project, That unit will act like a drunker . No one knows when it passes and fails. Its a big DP project and it is still notout batsman of apollo-microsystems.com

Caution: Never send your parents for asking your certificates from that dabur man. White dog will come into scene and makes them embarrass. Why should our parents suffer for the mistake we did.

AMS gives works to only those companies, here those means no relatives, no caste feelings, etc.., Mainly to those "WHO GIVES MORE CREDIT, ASKS NO DEBIT".
This vendor has almost 4-5yrs of Exp with AMS.
Hai friends i will give small example of SR who is our cashier. He took an interview normally he takes introduction interview with the candidates, In that interview compulsory he asks two questions. New candidates who are willing to come to interview can prepare them .
Questions as follows:
1. What is your cast ?
2. What do your father do ?
3. Do you know any Government officials ?
4. What is your height ? (This question was asked to my friend. In starting when i joined this company i referred this company to my friend and SR asked this shit question).

hey man don't worry its common in ams.......... some times they take 2-3 months to give salary. At that time don't expect total salary of all months only 1 month salary will be given.
bkr will say nine persons will produce a baby with in one month

Anna entanna idi mana Apollo ku antunda then fine I will also share my experience, these people habituated to execute the projects at customer place not at office, they will send the empty boxes to the customer and with which they will meet the delivery period, but when it comes for ATP, they send the Engineers to the customers who will F**k them like any thing, they not even bothers about the DA for them who is outstation,they need to beg them for food at least so tell me who will work there.

i had just completed my MTECH in power electronics...
i had gone through a consultancy..
he has suggested me this company...
actually he has suggested me that this company is recruiting me for embedded systems..
but in the interview they had asked me on power electronics..
but i manged them because they had asked me about the basics (transistor as a switch, op-amp as inverted and non-inverting,diode working and power electronics basics like what is scr.. draw an scr digram)
so, atlast i had gone through an interview of ur company..
and after that he is asking for a 3 years bond and is willing to pay.. 7500rs pm,and after a period of 3 or 6 months he is saying that he will be increasing my salary depending upon my performance( how much will he increase..)
the consultancy people are saying that your company is having 5grade scales:
7500 to 15k Traninee
15k to 30k Technician
30k to 40k Supervisor
40k to 55k Junior Engineer
55k to 70k Engineer
is these are the real scales given in this company..
and i had asked them about "is there any branch of ur company in vizag"..
they told that at present there is one which is small and not in operation at present and within 3 to 4 months they will be opening a big one..(is it real..)
after few days again the HR manager has again interviewed me..
in that he is asking me submit all the provisional's and a compulsory 3 years bond...
and when i had asked him about whats my job profile
he is saying that they are designing a nuclear submarine..(is that true...)for that they require a power converting circuits... so they are recruiting me as a power electronics engg...
in trainee level, but when i had asked him about the salary hike..
he has said that he will be increasing depending upon my performance...
but hear seeing ur comments..
i was really stunned..
is it really... a hell out there waiting for me..

This company is a wonderful platform for freshers and will say your career will be good further. my salary was much less than what is offered to you now. I am now earning 6 figure salary a month and I will thank seniors and the company for it who gave me opportunity eventhough i am second class in B.Tech. I told my personal opinion and rest is left to you. Please do not go by any persons comments or suggestions, you think and take decision.

Of course even tough you had a reference they would be asking basic questions. so prepare and take the interview. the consultants will not be responsible when you are not cleared the interview. so don't go a step head for consultants.

Hello Everyone,
i want to share my experiences in AMS.
Phase I
When i first joined the company we were like cats but came out like Tigers.I have used the word cat because, initially the working atmosphere was like jail, you are not supposed to talk to your colleague, if you talk you will be seen like an insect, if an employee from one dept is seen in other dept then it is a big sin . Initial few days you have to keep reading,keep reading,keep reading books(on 1553)...no computer will be given...After 6-8 months if you may be given an old windows 98 computer with NO INTERNET. For internet you need special permission and use a special PC if it is free.All apollo employees must know in and out of 1553 protocol.You never know very next day you may have to implement a complex project based on 1553.
Phase II
But we have changed the whole atmosphere; we all were dynamic,hardworking at the same time having fun at work place. We have completed several projects with commitment and enthusiasm at the same time learning. Salary increments you can expect in the range of (500 - 1500) only.
When you talk to management of leaving the company for better prospects is also a biggest sin of your life...they expect you to keep giving your services all your life...
I would say over all i have wonderful experiences, i got some good friends for lifetime,tough experiences which made me more stronger like a Tiger.

AMS has issued a cheque to a supplier and the cheque is now bounced, Shortly the top guy will go to jail. Saikumar seems to be a bigger asshole and speaks like a rowdyshetter.

Guys, if you have some problem with the company ,try to criticise constructively. But, definitely not like this. what isthe diffrence between you guys claiming as engineers and the layman.Try to give the Management an ideas to improve themselves. It is upto them to take it or not. If they dont consider the truth, the company will suffer in long run. And, when u say, 3 years bond, what kind of bond it is. I don't know how far this is true. No one is bad by nature, its situations and other factors that makes one feel so. If company is bad its the employees mistake, Boss just gets in projects for us and he expect us to finish it on time, y there is no increase in salary or no, i dont know for that matter.. I too worked in a MNC (more than 100 years old company) and what i have learned there is way lot different and Bosses are the same anywhere. But guys, AMS is going to reach limits of success very soon in the next one year of time. Just wait and watch. I am joining AMS for a cause.

Do not join the company right now. Its really not worth for now. Wait for some time. Let that AK leave the company and he will become the official CEO of Anjali Electronics. Then might be the right time. He is definitely a slut in mankind. He is the reason for the loses of profit to company. You will loose your precious time and yet you will be paid properly. If you are really interested in AK you pay him and he is ready to do anything as he is running short of money
